1. Purpose

These TCS are applicable to any individual participating in the LFG Summit. By registering for the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Description of the Organiser

WEB3 WORLD EVENTS CO. L.L.C, located at Office 43-44, Bur Dubai - Al Fahidi, Dubai, UAE, is the official organizer of the LFG Summit in Dubai. For ticket-related inquiries and registration, please contact us at hello@lfg-summit.com.

3. Purchase of Tickets on the Event Website

To participate in the LFG Summit, attendees must purchase tickets directly from the Event Website within the "Tickets" section. Once the ticket transaction is successful, electronic tickets will be delivered via email. Please note that all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Ticket Categories & Rights Attached to Tickets

WEB3 WORLD EVENTS CO. L.L.C may offer various ticket categories on the website, each subject to specific eligibility criteria. Attendees are responsible for selecting the appropriate ticket category. Tickets are nominative and non-transferable unless specific exceptions are granted.

5. Ticket Prices and Payment of the Order

Ticket prices are displayed on the Event Website and are accurate at the time of publication. Prices are displayed exclusive of tax, with VAT at a rate of 5% for Dubai. Attendees must confirm their orders by clicking the "Pay" button and providing payment information.

6. Organiser's Obligations

WEB3 WORLD EVENTS CO. L.L.C issues entry tickets upon order validation and payment confirmation. Each ticket is unique, allowing access to the LFG Summit upon presentation of official identification. Attendees have access to all public sessions and exhibition visits during opening hours.

7. Admittance to the Event

To gain entry to the LFG Summit, attendees must possess a valid ticket and be prepared to present identification. Attendees are responsible for communicating any special access requirements at the time of booking and must conduct themselves in an orderly manner during the event.

8. Cancellation

Attendees are not entitled to a refund of their ticket in the event of event cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser. In the unlikely event of event postponement or cancellation for other reasons, our total aggregate liability is limited to the refund of fees paid.

9. Attendees' Personal Data

WEB3 WORLD EVENTS CO. L.L.C collects personal data from attendees at the time of ticket purchase for order processing and ticket issuance. 10. Photography, Audio & Video Recording, Image Rights

Unauthorized use of photographic, audio, video, or other recording equipment at the LFG Summit is strictly prohibited. By attending the event, attendees grant us permission to use, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise disseminate their likeness, name, voice, and words in various media formats.

11. Intellectual Property

Attendees are prohibited from reproducing or using any of the materials presented, exhibited, or communicated during the LFG Summit without prior written consent from the rights holder. All content presented at the event remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes or amendments to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be valid.
